Meet Mark Caron

Founder and owner of Pine Tree Home Watch

Born and raised in the Portland, Maine area, Mark brings a unique background of expertise in a number of technical fields. Having served 21 years in the United States Marine Corps, followed by a successful management career in the steam/hot water and HVAC industries, his experience will ensure care and peace of mind for each and every one of his clients. Additionally, Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Regents College. Pine Tree Home Watch is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.

In 2023, Mark recognized a need for homeowners in the Sebago Lake Region and surrounding areas to be able to protect their homes while they were away, which is where Pine Tree Home Watch was born. Mark is dedicated to delivering peace of mind to homeowners by offering comprehensive home monitoring solutions tailored to their unique needs. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellent, Mark oversees every aspect of Pine Tree Home Watch’s operations to ensure the highest standards of service. Mark takes pride in building trusted relationship with his clients and believes in open, transparent communication in order to safeguard your most valuable asset – your home.

Mark lives in Windham, Maine with his wife Brenda and shih-tzu, Chuy. They have two grown daughters and three grandchildren. When not working, you can find him exploring the ocean and lakes on his paddleboard, hiking the trails throughout the area or checking out the many great restaurants Southern Maine has to offer.

To continue to support our veteran community, Pine Tree Home Watch will donate a portion of each Home Watch inspection to a veteran service organization like K9’s for Warriors.
