As a New England homeowner, understanding the importance of protecting your property when you are away is very important. Many challenges can occur when you’re away and your home, camp or condo are unoccupied. Roof leaks, ice dams, burst pipes, tripped breakers, break-ins and vandalism to name a few. If not caught early they can all lead to significant damage resulting in costly, time-consuming repairs. Pine Tree Home Watch can help mitigate your risk, protect your investment and provide a peace of mind while you’re away. Pine Tree Home Watch will be your primary advocate, looking out for your best interests with the highest level of professionalism. Pine Tree Home Watch is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.

Home Watch is a service that provides the homeowner with property inspections followed by a detailed findings report. A Home Watch professional will visit the property on a weekly, bi-weekly interval. While at the property the inspector will check the exterior of the home, including the yard, windows, doors, roof and siding for evidence of damage or vandalism. Junk mail and fliers will be removed from the mailbox so the home doesn’t look unoccupied. Inside the home, sinks, showers and toilets are checked for proper operation and to ensure there are no leaks and that traps don’t dry. All appliances will be checked for proper operation. The breaker panel will be inspected for tripped breakers. Additional requests can also be accommodated.
