OUR SERVICES

ABOUT US

HOME WATCH

Home Watch is a service that provides the homeowner with property inspections followed by a detailed findings report. A Home Watch professional will visit the property on a weekly, bi-weekly interval. While at the property the inspector will check the exterior of the home, including the yard, windows, doors, roof and siding for evidence of damage or vandalism. Junk mail and fliers will be removed from the mailbox so the home doesn’t look unoccupied. Inside the home, sinks, showers and toilets are checked for proper operation and to ensure there are no leaks and that traps don’t dry. All appliances will be checked for proper operation. The breaker panel will be inspected for tripped breakers. Additional requests can also be accommodated.

National Home Watch Association Accredited Member

Pine Tree Home Watch is an accredited, insured and bonded member of the National Home Watch Association which allows membership to those companies and individuals that uphold NHWA’s ethics and standards and also pass NHWA’s strict vetting process.
